Aug. 5 (Bloomberg) -- News Corp. , the media company controlled by Rupert Murdoch , reported fourth-quarter profit that beat analysts' estimates on gains from DVDs and newspapers and the sale of its stake in Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc.
